Hello - My name is Michael Hagans.

 

I am a very grateful father of two amazing and energetic boys. I enjoy and accept the athletic challenges of being a father, but as a youth my story was very different. I didn't have near the energy nor the enthusiasm as my children do. Growing up in a blue-collar family and living on the typical Standard American Diet (SAD), without much portion or nutrition control, I was over-weight and had very low energy. All due to the way my family lived and the foods we ate. 

 

How I was raised and influenced by food and nutrition when I was younger is not anywhere near how I live today, nor how I influence my family or clients to live. With that, I must take a moment to acknowledge and attribute my drive and desire to be healthy, and my willingness to find the truth, to my upbringing and life experiences as a youth. This is why I chose to become a personal and professional resource so that others, like me, who have struggled or who are still struggling, could seek the personable hands-on help they need to address their health, nutrition, fitness and wellness needs and concerns. 

 

As a ACSM certified Personal Trainer, Clinical Massage Therapist, and being certified in Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) nutrition - I'm able to provide my clients the ability to finally lose those stubborn pounds (sustainably), help them gain lean muscle and reduce stress, help them overcome fatigue and lack of drive, and help them manage their body aches and pains and correct posture imbalances, among many others. And quite possibly the most important, is having them become more educated so that they can make healthier choices to ultimately lead a greater quality of life.
