In these multi-tier sessions, with each individual session building onto the one previous, I will cover the basics, and then progress into more in depth understanding and awareness of a WFPB (Whole Food Plant-Based), vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, as it relates to overall health. Discussions will include: the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, and HOW of these lifestyles, including nutritional recommendations, healthy food substitutions, snacking ideas and go-to's, cooking tutorials and recipes, and many more healthy-focused suggestions and ideas to help you create daily and weekly meal plans - based on your current needs and goals. These sessions are great for people looking to get started, those who need more and to keep you going in the right direction!! We will also cover areas like.... * What's the first thing (or many things) to consider and do when starting out? * What are some good practices if you are looking to lose weight? * What foods are good if you are seeking to gain lean muscle mass? * How to cook oil-free? * How to cook with less salt? * Make food sparkle by exploring with spices and herbs! * Ways to cook and snack with less effort! * How to incorporate more veggies for you,...and for the kiddos? * Ways to incorporate more fruits & veggies in general? * How to make healthy and delicious tasting desserts! (yes, you can have your cake and eat it too!) * Meals made easy(er)!? * How to cook in bulk and have tasty left-overs? *....and much more!! Whatever your goals, these sessions are available to help provide you with the knowledge and skills to aid and help assist you in creating easy to follow meal plans and a program that is right for you, so that you can feel confident and comfortable in your journey towards the healthiest version of you!! ** Because of the amount of information overall, and what I am able to cover in each session, I recommend booking at least 5-7 sessions minimally.
